Our services

Ten ways we can support you — mix and match to suit your plan and your goals.

Community Access

Community access is about being part of life outside the home. We support you to join groups, attend events, visit friends, use public transport, or simply explore your local area with confidence. Your support worker helps as much or as little as you need.

What's included

  • Outings, events and social groups
  • Travel training and transport to activities
  • Sport, recreation and hobbies
  • Appointments, shopping and errands
  • Building confidence in new places

In-Home Support

Support with the day-to-day things, delivered in your own home and on your terms. Our workers are trained in personal care and respect your privacy and preferences at every step.

What's included

  • Personal care — showering, dressing, grooming
  • Meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Medication prompts and reminders
  • Household tasks — cleaning, laundry, shopping
  • Overnight and weekend support

Comprehensive Care Planning

Before any support starts, we sit down with you (and the people you choose) to understand what matters to you. Your care plan sets out goals, how supports will be delivered, who is involved, and how we'll know it's working. We review it with you regularly.

What's included

  • Free initial meet-and-greet
  • Goal setting aligned to your NDIS plan
  • Risk and safety planning
  • Regular reviews and progress notes
  • Coordination with your other providers

Skills Development & Training

Learning by doing, at your pace. We break skills into achievable steps and celebrate the wins along the way, whether that's catching the train solo for the first time or cooking a weekly meal.

What's included

  • Cooking and meal planning
  • Budgeting and money handling
  • Travel training
  • Communication and social skills
  • Using technology safely

Day Programs

Our day programs bring participants together for a structured, fun day with purpose. Activities change week to week and are shaped by what the group enjoys — from art and music to cooking classes, fitness and community visits.

What's included

  • Small, well-supported groups
  • Weekly timetable of activities
  • Life-skills sessions built in
  • Transport options available
  • Open to participants of all ages (enquire)

Community Housing Assistance

Housing can be the hardest part of living independently. We help you understand your options, apply for suitable housing, set up your home and build the routines that keep a tenancy stable.

What's included

  • Exploring housing options and eligibility
  • Applications and paperwork
  • Setting up a new home
  • Tenancy support and routines
  • Linking with housing providers

Therapy Support

We work alongside your allied health team — occupational therapists, physios, speech pathologists, psychologists — so that the strategies they set are practised consistently between sessions.

What's included

  • Implementing therapy plans day to day
  • Support to attend therapy appointments
  • Working with behaviour support plans
  • Progress feedback to your therapists

Capacity Building

Capacity building supports are funded to help you learn, grow and need less support in the long run. We design them around a specific goal in your plan and track progress against it.

What's included

  • Goal-based support programs
  • Daily living and life-skills coaching
  • Social and community participation
  • Support to join education or volunteering

SIL, Respite & SDAEnquire for availability

For participants who need higher levels of support at home, or families who need a break, we can discuss Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (respite) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) options. Availability varies — call us to talk it through.

What's included

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) with 24/7 support
  • Short-Term Accommodation and respite
  • Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) vacancies
  • In-home respite for carers

Support Coordination

If support coordination is funded in your plan, your coordinator helps you connect with providers, manage your budgets, prepare for plan reviews and solve problems when they come up.

What's included

  • Understanding and using your NDIS plan
  • Finding and connecting providers
  • Budget tracking
  • Plan review preparation
  • Crisis and problem solving
How it's funded. Our services are delivered under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and are available to self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants. We'll explain exactly which budget each support comes from before anything starts.
