A local team. A genuine connection.
Empowering Lives Across Australia. We're here to make quality support feel personal, welcoming and right for you.
Every person has their own light.
Borealis Care is a Sydney-based NDIS provider founded to deliver genuinely person-centred support to Sydney's diverse community.
Our name comes from the aurora borealis — a reminder that every person has their own light. We believe good support makes space for your individuality, your choices and the life you want to live.
We get to know you, not just your plan. That means understanding your routines, your culture, your relationships and your goals, then building support around them.
Our team speaks English, Arabic and other community languages. Tell us your language preferences so we can match you with the right people.
What we stand for
Respect
We treat every person with dignity, listen first and honour your decisions.
Choice and control
It's your plan and your life. You decide what support looks like and who delivers it.
Integrity
We do what we say, bill accurately and tell you the truth, even when it's hard.
Inclusion
Every ability, culture, language and faith is welcome here.
Excellence
Trained, screened workers and a leadership team that keeps raising the bar.
Your safety and rights come first.
Borealis Care is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We comply with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Every support worker completes the NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR training and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
Feedback and complaints help us improve. You can raise a concern with us directly, ask someone you trust to do it for you, or contact the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544. Making a complaint will never affect your right to support.
